Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains cancellations and refunds in two separate contexts: (A) SellFlow subscription plans that sellers pay us for, and (B) purchases and appointments that buyers make from sellers using the SellFlow platform. Please read the section that applies to you.

A. SellFlow Subscriptions (Seller ↔ SellFlow)

SellFlow offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Free trial. Where a free trial is offered (currently 7 days), you will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not billed. If you do not cancel, your plan converts to a paid subscription and the first charge applies.

Cancellation. You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan. We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a term unless required by law.

Refunds. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a mandatory legal right applies or where we agree otherwise in writing (for example, a duplicate charge or a verified billing error). We review good-faith refund requests made within 14 days of a charge on a case-by-case basis.

EU/UK right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU/UK may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Where you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and it is fully performed within that period, the right of withdrawal may be lost, as permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

To request a subscription refund or cancellation, email support@sellflow.bio with your account email and the charge date.

B. Buyer Purchases from Sellers (Buyer ↔ Seller)

SellFlow is a hosting and facilitation platform and is not the merchant, seller, or payment processor for products and services sold through storefronts. Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations for a purchase are governed by the individual seller's own policy and by the consumer-protection laws that apply to that sale.

Buyers: if you need a refund, return, or cancellation, contact the seller you purchased from directly — their contact details are on the storefront and in your order messages. Sellers are required to honor their stated policies and applicable law, including distance-selling and cooling-off rights where they exist.

Sellers:you are responsible for setting, publishing, and honoring a clear refund and return policy for your storefront, and for issuing any refunds directly to your buyers through whatever payment method you used (cash on delivery, bank transfer, mobile money, or manual payment request). SellFlow does not hold buyer funds and cannot issue refunds on a seller's behalf.

C. Appointments and Bookings (Calendar)

For storefronts that capture appointments or bookings, cancellation windows, rescheduling, deposits, and no-show terms are set by the seller. We recommend sellers clearly state their booking terms — for example, how far in advance a buyer must cancel to avoid a charge, whether deposits are refundable, and how rescheduling works.

Buyersshould cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting the seller as early as possible and within the seller's stated window. Any deposit or booking fee is handled directly between the buyer and the seller under the seller's terms.

D. Chargebacks and Disputes

For subscription billing disputes, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly. For buyer–seller disputes, work directly with the other party; SellFlow may provide order records to assist but is not a party to the transaction and does not adjudicate outcomes.
