Getting started
- Download the SellFlow app and create your account.
- Claim your username — it becomes your storefront link (sellflow.bio/yourname).
- Add your first product with photos, price, and variants.
- Share your link in bio on Instagram, TikTok, or WhatsApp.
For sellers
- Manage products, digital downloads, services, and appointments from the app.
- Track orders, leads, and analytics in real time.
- Send order updates to buyers via WhatsApp with one tap.
- Set your currency, taxes (VAT/GST), and payment methods.
For buyers
- Browse a seller storefront and add items to your cart.
- Check out or book in seconds — no account required.
- Get order updates and support directly from the seller on WhatsApp.
- For refunds or changes, contact the seller you purchased from.
Plans & billing
- Start free; upgrade to Pro or Business for more features.
- Paid plans are billed securely through our billing provider.
- Cancel anytime from your account — access continues until the period ends.
