SellFlow is used by sellers across the world, so our billing rules are written once and applied identically everywhere. These are the rules.
Every plan is listed and billed in USD, worldwide. A seller in any country sees the same plan for the same price — no hidden markup for where you happen to live, and no separate "international" tier.
Your bank or card issuer converts the USD amount at their exchange rate on the day you are charged, and your statement shows your local currency. The USD amount on your invoice never changes; only the converted figure moves with the rate.
Listed prices exclude tax. If your country requires VAT, GST or sales tax on a software subscription, it is calculated from your billing country, shown before you confirm, and itemized on your invoice. Business sellers can add a tax registration number where their country allows reverse-charge treatment.
We are working on purchasing-power adjustments so that a plan costs a fair share of local income rather than a flat global figure. When it launches, eligible sellers see the adjusted price automatically at checkout — nothing to apply for, no documents to send, and no existing plan becomes more expensive because of it.
SellFlow never takes a percentage of what you sell, on any plan, in any country — including the Free plan. Your customers pay you directly through the method you choose; we are not in the middle of that transaction. Your subscription is the only thing you ever pay us.
Cancel or change your plan any time from the app. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you already paid for. No contracts, no cancellation fee, no setup fee. If we ever change a price, existing subscribers keep their current rate for the remainder of their billing period and are notified before it applies.
Your store's currency is a separate setting. Your SellFlow subscription is billed in US dollars, but your storefront sells in whichever currency you choose — your customers always see your prices in the currency you set, and any tax you charge them is configured by you.
No. SellFlow charges 0% transaction fee on every plan, including Free. We are a subscription tool, not a marketplace — your customers pay you directly, and we never sit in the middle of that money. What you sell is yours.
Yes, and it stays free. No card, no trial countdown, no expiry. You get a live storefront, up to 2 products, unlimited orders, and WhatsApp order updates. Upgrade only when your catalog outgrows it.
All SellFlow plans are listed in US dollars. Depending on where you are, checkout may charge you in your local currency instead — the exact amount you will pay is always shown before you confirm, and your statement matches it. This is separate from your storefront currency: your own customers always see your prices in the currency you choose.
We publish one global US dollar price so every seller sees the same plan for the same price. We are actively working on purchasing-power adjustments for a number of markets. When regional pricing goes live, eligible sellers see the adjusted price automatically at checkout — nothing to apply for, and no existing plan gets more expensive because of it.

Pro and Business include a 7-day free trial with no card required to start. If you do not add a payment method, your store simply moves to the Free plan when the trial ends — nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Your products stay in your account, and anything over the Free limits is hidden until you upgrade.
Any time, from the app. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum contract.
Nothing is deleted. Your storefront stays online and products beyond the Free plan limits are hidden rather than removed. Upgrade again and everything reappears exactly as you left it. If you use a custom domain, your store falls back to your free sellflow.bio address.
