This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out what you may not do on SellFlow. It applies to every seller, buyer, and visitor and forms part of our Terms of Service. We enforce it to keep the platform safe, lawful, and trustworthy for everyone.
1. Prohibited Goods and Services
You may not list, sell, promote, or facilitate:
- Illegal goods or services, or anything whose sale is restricted where you or your buyer are located.
- Counterfeit, replica, stolen, or intellectual-property-infringing items.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, and related accessories or instructions.
- Regulated drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
- Adult content involving minors, non-consensual content, or human trafficking of any kind.
- Live animals, endangered species, and products from protected wildlife.
- Hazardous, recalled, or unsafe products, and materials that violate product-safety law.
- Financial scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, fake investments, and money-laundering services.
- Government IDs, credentials, hacking tools, and services designed to defraud or deceive.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Break any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive listings, prices, reviews, or claims.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or privacy and publicity rights.
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages, or harvest contact details unlawfully.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or promote violence, hatred, or discrimination against others.
- Impersonate any person, business, or brand, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Collect or process buyer data for any purpose beyond fulfilling the order and lawful use.
3. Technical Abuse
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach security or authentication.
- Access data, accounts, or storefronts that are not yours without authorization.
- Introduce malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with the service's operation.
- Scrape, crawl, or use bots to extract data at scale, or circumvent rate limits and protections.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the platform except as expressly permitted.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts and storefronts, withhold or reverse features, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We may act immediately and without notice where there is risk of harm, legal exposure, or fraud. Repeat or serious violations result in permanent removal.
5. Reporting Violations
To report a storefront, listing, or user that violates this policy, use our Report Abuse page or email support@sellflow.bio. We review reports promptly and act where warranted.
